March Fantasy Football

With Cup fixtures and an International break, there are only 18 Premier League fixtures this month. Points gained will be lower this month but will prove just as vital as any other month, so choose your team wisely to make the most out of the 18 fixtures in March.

Aston Villa loanees Marcos Asensio and Marcus Rashford have settled in seamlessly with two goals and three assists in their four league fixtures so far. At £6.1m and £6.7m, it's worth taking a punt at one of these players as Villa look to secure a top-four finish.

Brighton’s Mitoma has found his form again with two goals in two games whilst Beto is relishing life under David Moyes at Everton with five goals in his last five games.

Liverpool Out?

Hear me out here, okay? Slot’s team only have one league fixture in March as they miss game 29 to face Newcastle in the EFL Cup final at Wembley. Liverpool play Southampton at home on 8th March so keep your Liverpool players in for an inevitable healthy win. Then, after transferring out Mo Salah and co, replace them for the remainder of the month.

But Bring Who In?

Brennan Johnson is back for Spurs and at only £6.2m is a good choice to have in attack. Evanilson is back fit for high-flying Bournemouth and at £5.6m is a good gamble with the Cherries facing unpredictable Spurs and Brentford in March.

With Man City now out of Europe, they will be putting their full attention on securing a top-four finish to gain a Champions League spot. Haaland’s back fit and with March games against Forest and Brighton he could return to action with goals.

Everton have been flying under David Moyes recently. With matches against Wolves and West Ham, they’ll be looking to continue that run. Pickford is a reliable option in between the sticks whilst Beto and Doucoure are solid choices in midfield and up front.
